Juror's Statement:

   My criteria in judging this show is simple: I picked the paintings that I liked, the paintings that excited and engaged me.  I gave little or no consideration to the technical skills of the artist;if the artist's message was clearly stated and imaginatively and sincerely conveyed, that was enough for me. In short, I picked paintings that effectively conveyed to me the artist's interests, ideas and feelings, the paintings that moved me.

The artists of the Idaho Watercolor Society should be congratulated for their fine works.
